RESOURCES.

A little list of websites that I love for all different reasons! This includes friends, interesting pages, good databases, or whatever catches my eye. I don't list anything that I don't use visit, so be assured, it's all Tenshi approved. I do not put websites made for-profit or for retail or anything that's a little too gay. If a website ends up like that, please email me so I can quickly remove it. :D thanks

FRIENDS


AMLUX –– A very respectable man. Actually lived out the weeb dream in Japan for 6 years AND learned Japanese. Good knowledge on otaku-stuffs, philosophy, and ecology, GREAT taste in 2D girls! You can really feel his love for nature when reading his Four Pillars category that it's hard to not become a bit of an enviromentalist yourself.


ASHLEY JONES –– A rare real internet girl. If you can find her old skit videos, they were all hilarious and I still smile thinking about them. Other than skits, she's passionate about vintage technology repair, collecting novelty radios and phones, and her two dogs that I have read the foreheads of. I respect HIPPAA, so I won't be telling you their chinese fortunes unless if she signs a release form. Leave her a nice voicemail.


DRUMMYFISH –– One of the kindest people out there, if you have an open mind. Non-competitive, non-violent, and full of love, a true pacifist. Please don't let his lack of a filter and usage of "mean words" turn you away from reading some of his articles! I love to show him wonderful animal videos of all kinds.


OTHER PERSONAL SITES


八海 –– Sculptor in the GK circle 83C. Made a very HOT 紅 美鈴 GK. Also has a lot of other figures. You may have seen his gks if you like moe anime from the 2000s. Blog hasn't been touched since 2018, but he is around.


T'S SYSTEM –– A pretty well known garage kit sculptor. If you ever liked Anime/Manga in the 1990s-2010s, you've probably seen his art. The website seems to be down so I've linked an archive. He's recently returned to sculpting Cardcaptor Sakura, which is one of the first few entries in his gallery. Old Habits die Hard!


R-GLATT.CC –– If you've ever looked for anime figures for Houseki no Kuni, chances are that you've seen something he made. He makes some amazing HnK garage kits that unfortunately sell out fast and get scalped for a kidney online. I'm honored to have met him in person! His blog now seems to mostly just be WF advertisements, but he has quite a few old posts that are a fun read.


スガルヲトメ –– Garage kit dealer. Website seems inactive (last updated 2022) and a lot of the text has been fucked, but it's fun go to through and see old garage kits.


STALLMAN –– I don't need to explain who this is.


SOCIAL


HEYURI –– Imageboard. Focuses on originality. If you're tired of normalfags into anime, this is a perfect little refuge for you. I'm here sometimes but I mostly lurk.


OPPAI ORACLE –– Amlux's forum. Good for all kinds of discussion, although I usually am in the New Cute Figures thread.


WAPCHAN –– For pre-2000s anime. I'm here rarely. I mostly lurk.


39CHAN –– Imageboard for Vocaloid and other Vocal Synths.


DATABASES/ARCHIVES


ARCHIVE.ORG –– The Archive site everyone knows about. Doing a job that keeps the internet together. We would have lost so much if it didn't exist.


LOLITA HISTORY GALLERY –– I love lolis! But Lolita is pretty too. Sometimes I go here to admire some nice craftsmanship. You should come around too.


MY FIGURE COLLECTION –– The best anime figure archive that likely exists. Users are a bit annoying, and the website's been less based the past few years (now requires loli to be cropped.) Still a valuable archive that is worth using and supporting.


RAPETHELOLIS –– Not a site about loli rape. Very sad, I know.... It's instead a huge database of Denpa Music. I don't think I can listen to everything here in my lifetime, but I will try.


SETTEI DREAMS –– A massive database of animation references (Settei), artbooks, and other material used for anime production. Some stuff is paywalled, but I think that there's enough free material on this site that it's still worth a visit.


VNDB –– Visual Novel Database. Exactly what it sounds like. Invaluable archive work, although I primarily use this site to see what games don't have english translations so I can buy hard copies and hopefully one day translate them (Or give them to someone who can do that.)


ART RESOURCES


POSESEARCH –– A pose reference finder. Turn the skeleton however you'd like, and search to find stock photos posed like it. Very good if you have a reference in mind but can't find a photo for it.

INTERESTING


ANGELS-HEAVEN/HEAVENLY-ANGELS/UNIVERSE-PEOPLE –– Incredible site about UFO religion.


NATIONAL UFO REPORTING CENTER. –– Exactly what it sounds like. A large amount of UFO reports here.


COLLAPSEOS –– An OS built for if things ever get really bad.


TEMPLEOS –– A very holy OS.
